• The Qcut 430 Bot (Brillant 3D) is equipped with 5 axis (X-, Y-, Z-, D-, E-axis). This allows positioning and cutting of the sample in nearly all arbitrary positions to the cut-off wheel
• The Multi-Position process (MPP) allows cutting at different positions in just one sequence. Setting and approaching of cutting positions is made easy and comfortable with the Teach-In- Function.

• It is an epoxy glue that cures at low temperatures, used for bonding temperature-sensitive sensors, camera modules, etc.
• Adhesive meets halogen-free standards according to IEC 61248-2-21 regulations;
• Meets RoHS 2015/863/EU standards;
• Glue can be dispersed using robot systems with needle tips.
• Operating temperature: -40 0C ~ 150 0C, depending on application;

The DELOMAT 100 pneumatic dispensing system includes 3 main parts: the DELOMAT 100 Controller, the DELO-XPRESS 951 (NK) Pressure Tank, and the Pinch Valve.

The device has a simple structure, is easy to install, and can be applied directly by hand or attached to the robot arms for automatic control.

Compatible with DELO glue bottles up to 1 liter volume. In addition, it can be used to spray surface cleaning solutions before applying glue.

• Each axis has 2 linear guide rails, providing greater stability.
• Z-axis brake motor, greatly increases equipment stability and movement precision.
• Standard 4 liter ingredient tank (optionally available 0.5L, 2L, 4L, 20L).
• Equipped with a quantitative glue control system with an air pressure injection valve to spray the glue onto the product for uniform thickness.
• High-precision pressure regulating valve, suitable for a three-axis working platform, stable and accurate control of output glue, and no splashing of glue.
• The spray width adjustment range is 2mm-20mm, and jet and mist spraying can be realized.
